Planner End User License Agreement
==================================

Before installing this software, carefully read the following terms and
conditions.

Installing Planner indicates your acceptance of this agreement.

Ownership of Planner
====================
Planner is owned by the Dutch company Dolphinity BV and is protected
by international copyright laws. You agree to treat Planner like any other
copyrighted material.

Redistribution
==============
Planner may be freely distributed as long as no charge
is made by you for such redistribution, except for nominal fees
for the distribution media. There are no restrictions with regards to copying,
transferring or otherwise distributing the evaluation version in its complete
and original form.

You may put the product on the coverdisc of your magazine.

Restrictions
============
You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer Planner or the documentation, or
any copy in whole or in part, except as expressly provided for in this
agreement.

You may not disassemble or reverse compile Planner.

Redistribution
==============
You have to contact us if you want to bundle Planner with your own software
or hardware product.

Termination
===========
This agreement and your license to use Planner will automatically terminate
without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon
termination you must destroy all copies and license keys of Planner.

Selection and Use
=================
You assume full responsibility for the selection of Planner to achieve your
intended results and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the
product.

Limited Warranty
================
Dolphinity does not warrant that the functions contained in
Planner will meet your requirements or that the operation of Planner
will be uninterrupted or error free.

You are advised to test the product to see if it meets your requirements.

Liability
=========
In no event will Dolphinity, its employees, agents or distributors be
liable for any damages suffered by you or any third party resulting from the
use of Planner.

Our entire liability, without exception, is limited to the purchase price of
Planner.
