Tasks
Entering tasks can be done by double-clicking outside any displayed tasks, by clicking the right mouse outside any tasks or selecting 'Tasks | New task...' from the menu. Depending on whether you are in the Todo list, the task entry dialog will look different; 'Todo' entries have a simpler dialog.

In the simpler Todo entry dialog you can specify What to do, what priority the task has (higher priority tasks will be displayed in front of lower priority ones) and whether this is a Private or Business task. If you check the Private box, the task will automatically go into the Todo/Private list, otherwise it ends up in Todo/Business. You can also check/uncheck the Done box to indicate whether a task is completed or not. |
Task entries
Task entries have more fields than Todo entries. Important to note is that clients, projects and milestones are maintained implicitly. This means that the moment you enter for example a new client name (not used up to that point), it will appear the next time you enter a task in the drop-down list.

Editing tasks
You can edit an existing task by double-clicking on it, or pressing ENTER after selecting the task to edit. The dialog as shown above will pop up and allow you to change the task's properties.
Removing tasks
Select the task to delete; then either press the DEL key or right-click on the task and select 'Delete...' from the context menu that pops up.
