Entering declarations can be done by double-clicking outside any displayed
declarations, by clicking the right mouse outside any declarations or selecting
'Declarations | New tasks...' from the menu.
Important to note is that clients and projects are maintained implicitly. This
means that the moment you enter for example a new client name (not used up to
that point), it will appear the next time you enter a declaration in the drop-down
list.

- Client; the client's name.
- Project; the project name.
- Category; the type of work performed. Examples
are 'consultancty, 'graphics', 'design', 'meeting' etc.
- Task note; the task prformed.
- Hours; the estimated number of hours this
task has taken, for example '2:30'. If you only enter a number (e.g. '8')
then that is assumed to be the number of hours.
- Who; the resource who performed this task.
- Billable; check this (it is on by default)
if this declaration can be billed to the client. You can later filter out
billable declarations to see how many hours you can bill a client.
- Travel distance; the amount travelled. Use
this field to keep track of how many kilometers (or miles) you had to travel
for this declaration.
- Travel time; the time spent traveling. You
may enter this if you bill your client(s) for time on the road.
- Billed; indicates whether the task has been
billed. You can filter out already billed declarations from the 'Filter' menu
to display only new declarations that still need to be billed to your client(s).
